Hello!  I’m Amy Hsiao (pronounced 'siao' or 'see'-'ow', the "H" is silent), your neighborhood Personal Family Lawyer®.

My goal is to be your trusted advisor who helps you make the very best personal, financial, and legal decisions for your family throughout your lifetime. I want to help you not just now, but also when you can’t be there so that I can help guide your loved ones through a difficult process.

In short, my sole focus is to help families avoid collapse after the death or disability of a loved one.

Ashlee Merida //  Client Services Director

Ashlee is our Client Services Director. She is here to ensure you are happy with your estate planning experience with our firm. She is here to answer all the logistical questions in the planning process and ensure the plan is completed timely and to your satisfaction. Our goal is for you and your family to feel absolutely at peace after planning with our firm and that we are here to continuously support you throughout your lifetime. 

Nikko G. //  Executive Administrative Assistant

Nikko is at the front and center when you call our office. He is responsible for our initial intake and makes sure that you are on our calendar to get the help you need. He guides you through our overall process and answers all preliminary administrative questions. He also helps manage our social media and podcast production.  

Lillian Ng  //  Chinese Intake Specialist

Lilian speaks Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese. She is responsible for initial client intake, information gathering and coordinating between our team and clients. She regularly assists with communicating with our clients who are overseas to ensure that their planning is done properly.

Michael Brown  //  Contract Attorney

Michael is our contract attorney who assists us with legal research, pre-litigation research, memo drafting and proof-reading of legal documents. 

Bo Peng  //  Law Clerk

Bo is our law clerk. He assists us with legal research, preparation of memos and proof-reading. 

Tom Bowles  //  Website

Tom provides the design and maintenance of our website. He's still working on writing something funny for his bio.

Asher  //  Chief Distraction Officer

Responsible for providing distraction, fun and laughter.  Inspires others to work effectively in the least amount of time possible.  Vocal, expressive and direct on his opinions.  A no-nonsense type of guy.  Loves airplanes and swimming.  Expert linguist in Gibberish.
